Your tasks

• Responsibility for optimal IT operation and IT support of our IoT components
• Cloud-based software platform support in the IoT environment
• Optimization, testing and monitoring of international software rollouts
• Functional and technical analysis of incidents
• Documentation and development of innovative solutions
• Competent interface to adjacent areas also in international national companies (IT units in national companies and departments)

Your profile

• Complete computer science studies or professional training, ideally with professional experience in supporting IoT systems and applications
• Ideally you have knowledge in Linux, data structures such as XML and JSON, cloud technology
• Experiences with network technology and protocols for data communication (HTTP, SNMP, MQTT)
• Embossed analyseability, networked thinking and affinity for process optimization
• Individually responsible, methodological and customer-oriented mode of operation
• Creativity and commitment and communication skills
• Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
