Our client is an established, medium-sized construction company with a focus on the realization of turnkey construction projects with headquarters in Unterfranken. The company generates annual sales in the three-digit million range at several locations.

As part of a long-term succession regulation, we are now looking for an experienced calibrator (m/w/d) in turnkey construction. You first enter the calculation in an operative manner and are incorporated into the processes, control themes and processes of the calculation department by the long-term job owner.

Own-responsible costing and supply processing of demanding turnkey housing, commercial and industrial construction projects Examination and evaluation of tender documents and development of special economic proposals and offers Implementation of benchmark, speed and cost-effectiveness calculations and close cooperation with field management and project teams Accompanying the projects from the tender phase to the handover to the project management Active participation in the further development of the calculation processes and the BIM-supported 3D calculation with RIB iTWO and Revit Stepwise incorporation into the control and organization of the costing department Perspective professional leadership and further development of the costing team as well as responsibility for project distribution, capacity and resource planning

Complete study of civil engineering, a further education to the construction technician or a comparable qualification Multiannual Professional Experience as Calculator (m/w/d) in Turnkey Construction Experience in the calculation of all works of turnkey construction as well as strong technical and economic understanding Safe handling of RIB iTWO desirable; knowledge of Autodesk Revit or BIM are advantageous The motivation to develop perspective into a team leadership function Structured, analytical and digital working as well as communication strength, team orientation and joy in taking responsibility
