Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Supporting the management of the construction department and independent correspondence in the organizational and administrative tasks Communication interface between the management of the construction department and the internal departments, as well as external partners Tracking internal and external processes in the construction department Monitoring of database maintenance and digital archiving Independent preparation, coordination and organization as well as follow-up of appointments and meetings Staff and holiday management of the construction department

Successfully completed commercial training or equivalent completion Finded practical experiences in the assistance area, with technical background Safe handling of MS Office and ERP systems Excellent organizational skills and an independent, structured, proactive way of working Friendly appearance, communication strength
