PPWR Compliance & Strategy: Defining, implementing and monitoring all legal steps to comply with the new PPWR (e.g. recyclability, reduction of packaging weight, EPR – Extended manufacturer responsibility) Reporting: Creating Reportings and Reporting of Verifications (e.g. Lucid Portal) Creating Conformity Statements: Creating and Retrieving Conformity Statements for Packaging Material Used Material and packaging development: Conducting projects on material changes, redesign and optimization of primary, secondary and transport packaging Development of PFISTERER standard packaging solutions: Creating packaging solutions including technical drawings & specifications Interface Management: Close cooperation with internal departments such as product management, purchasing, production, logistics and marketing Circular Economy: Developing solutions to achieve statutory recyclate rates and promoting multi-way systems Development of multi-use/pendulum packaging solutions: development of multi-use packaging to reduce packaging complexity and waste (e.g. packaging concept for transport between plants) Illustration of the circular economy in SAP: Monitoring of pendulum packaging in SAP (Werk-Werk / Werk–Kunden)

Successfully completed studies in packaging technology, industrial engineering, plastics technology, supply chain management or a comparable qualification Reliable experience in packaging management, packaging development or strategic purchasing – ideally in a manufacturing industrial or commercial company Knowledge of the current packaging materials (plastic, paper, cardboard, etc.) and profound understanding of the legal regulations in the packaging sector (focus on PPWR) Strong project management skills, analytical thinking, communication strength and enforcing and innovation Suitable for severely disabled persons, according to the task and request profile
