As Deputy Head of Personnel (m/w/d), you are an important part of the leadership team and take responsibility for employees and processes.

Participate - Your Tasks

Responsible for carrying out monthly wage and salary accounting with DATEV LODAS Take over the technical guidance and support of team members Self-coordination of tasks in the team Own initiative for future-oriented projects for the continuous development of the personnel sector Initiating and implementing digitalization measures as well as stimulus for process optimisation in the personnel sector Care and management of personnel master files in Personio and DATEV Processing of certification, medical reports and absences Self-employed support and advice of clients assigned to you Communication with external bodies (e.g. health insurance, authorities) Ensuring legal requirements and correct processing of all processes

You have completed commercial vocational training as well as relevant experience in human resources, in particular in the pay bill. You motivate your team and convince by decision-making strength. Their mode of operation is independent, structured and service-oriented. The incorporation into new systems is easy for you, and when you use MS Office you are safe (expanded Excel knowledge). You recognise when coordination and communication are required and bring a friendly and binding occurrence. A high level of discretion is obvious to you. In addition, you motivate work in a complex organization with constantly changing challenges. Thanks to your strong organizational ability, you always keep an overview in challenging situations. You are able to solve complex challenges independently. You are versed in the fields of tax and social security law.
