Your area of responsibility:

• Preparing/representing initial installations/modifications at the Lfz with the required feedback loops for the Manufacturing
• Create / update documentation and technical Instructions (e.g. work plans, SOI) taking into account Golden rules for work preparation and according to the applicable processes, manufacturing requirements and contractual Provisions
• Support of Shop Floor to solve problems in Maintenance Management
• support for multifunctional teams in problem solutions and the improvement processes
• Planning regular feedback loops with the Production team. Direct communication through physical participation on the routines of the production team
• Run and support P-FMEA / FMEA
• Care of important / recurring Work preparation problems escalated by Shop Flor
• Support for continuous improvement of maintenance and Maintenance area by providing specialist knowledge Work preparation

Inputs:

Manufacturing structures and processes, associated documentation (work order, technical instruction, jobcards...), updated Process. Manufacturing feedback (KAIZEN, Practical problem solution)

Outputs:

Technical solutions iaw. approved data , updated documentation (work order, technical instruction, job cards...), Improvement proposals and implementation

This distinguishes you:

Studies

• engineering (final course) or
• Continuing training for state-tested technicians with corresponding many years of experience or comparable
• An additional time and economic training (e.g. technical BWL or normal BWL studies)

Professional experience:

• Aerospace (min. over 3 years)
• Manufacturing Engineering (min. over 3 years)
• Solid experience in work planning / work management should available

IT

• MS-Office (min. detailed knowledge)
• Experience in the programs SAP and OPAL is advantageous

Language skills:

• German (mind. verhandlungssicherheit C1)
• English (min. verhandlungssicherheit C1)
