The non-profit Children Foundation is committed to good early education in mathematics, computer science, natural science and technology (MINT) – with the aim of making girls and boys strong for the future and empowering them to act sustainably. Together with its local network partners, the Foundation offers a national education programme that supports educational professionals and teachers to accompany children in the Kita and Primary Schools in the field of discovery, research and learning. The Foundation for Children researches educational opportunities, promotes interest in the STEM area and professionalizes educational staff. Reference number 2026-007 Parttime 35 hours/week, limited to 2 years.

Digital systems, CRM & IT-based work processes: You take over the key users:internal role for salesforce in the field of networks – from administration and data management to support colleagues in technical questions to evaluations and quality assurance In implementing target-group-specific communication and campaign measures in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, You agree with external service providers:inside and support network partners:in the application of tools and data banks Internal service & operational support in the field of networks: You are researching, analysing and preparing data and work, including for the Foundation's reporting You accompany projects and test fields administratively and introduce yourself to the documentation and further development of internal processes Cooperation and service for our network partners: You work independently in correspondence and cooperation with network partners:inside and external service providers:inside You are part of the Foundation's central first-level support and support for administrative and technical issues – in particular data management and system usage Organization and support of events: You will participate in the planning, implementation and refurbishment of events and specialist days You organize the invitation, participants and workshop management with appropriate software tools

You have a completed commercial training You enjoy working in the team and supporting others You work structured, reliable, service- and solution-oriented and keep an overview even in many parallel topics You have experience in dealing with databases and salesforce or bringing the motivation to work in it, knowledge of the application of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud are beneficial You use common office and collaboration tools (e.g. MS 365, video conferencing tools, common storage) routined and quickly find yourself in new systems You document work steps and solutions in a comprehensible manner and contribute to transparent processes You are open to new things and draw your attention through your own initiative and sense of responsibility You identify with our values and goals
