Specialist in receivables management & factoring (m/f/d)

In this function, you play a central role in controlling and developing our receivable management, in particular our factoring activities. You act as an interface between internal accounting, treasury, sales and external partners and ensure a smooth running of all relevant processes. You contribute significantly to ensuring liquidity, the quality of the accounting mapping and transparency towards internal and external stakeholders.

Process coordination: You coordinate the factoring processes between internal accounting, treasury and factoring bank. Banking Communication: You communicate with the Factoring Bank on topics such as receivables, limit enquiries, contract terms and reporting. Stock monitoring: You monitor and coordinate the receivables, including the clarification of differences and queries. Accounting quality: You provide the proper accounting recording of the factoring operations according to HGB and, if necessary, IFRS safe. Liquidity planning: You cooperate closely with Treasury in liquidity planning. Interface Management: You maintain and develop the interface processes between the ERP system and the factoring platform. Reporting: You create evaluations and reports for management and external partners. Audit support: You support internal and external audits, for example by auditors or internal audits.

Technical basis: You have completed commercial training or studies in finance, accounting or a comparable field of expertise and thus provide the necessary foundation for the complex requirements in the factoring environment. Professional experience: You have several years of professional experience in accounting, treasury or factoring and are well familiar with the relevant processes, processes and questions. Competence: You have a well-founded knowledge of receivables management as well as dealing with relevant financial instruments and can apply them safely and purposefully in practice.
