Central Customer Service (m/w/d)

Your diverse task:

• They are the central contact person for our existing and new customers, build long-term relationships and promote their further development
• Data management and master data management are part of your task: You can independently edit messages and update data in our ERP and CRM system
• They support our local leaders: they actively contribute to achieving their goals and thus actively contribute to the success of the company
• They take over the telephone and written processing of orders – from acceptance to acquisition to successful implementation.
• Whether supply creation, analysis of statistics, data management or correspondence – you ensure smooth processes and always keep an overview

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training
• First experience in handling ERP and CRM systems, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) and Salesforce, or the willingness to work quickly and actively
• Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
• First knowledge of SAP is desirable
• Communication strength on the phone – both inbound and outbound
• Target-oriented, structured and independent working combined with team spirit and proactivity
• High levels of resilience, commitment and a pronounced service and customer orientation
