Chief of Staff to Head of People Internship (m/f/d)

As Chief of Staff, People, you work with our Head of People, Christian. This means that you have full responsibility over all tasks and carry out projects independently. This goes from recruiting and headhunting, via HR to cooperation in the strategy of the entire division.

Buena grows through acquisitions. When we buy a new administration, all teams need to be re-established quickly. The People Team controls this process. You take over entire application processes. You're looking for candidates, set up scorecards, talk and get close to our teams.

You are responsible for budgets in the high five-digit range. You identify new tooling and control purchasing processes from start to finish.

You develop Germany-wide recruiting and HR systems. You invent the people systems that allow us to grow to >1,000 employees and roll them out.

You meet managing directors of our companies and discuss staff topics with them. You improve the HR processes of our companies across Germany.

Flowing (C2-Level) German speaks and brings a good level of English. In-office want to work. Our office is in Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin. Working independently. Most of our team members were self-employed or have powered sports. Extreme communication. Regular and direct exchange should be very important to you. Very ambitious.
