Management as well as strategic and operational development of the department, Quality Management Special Projects, Data and Organisation' deriving and implementing departmental objectives from the company and specialist departments Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees Selection of personnel and the management of employee talks, such as feedback and performance assessment talks Personal and professional development of employees, including the creation of educational needs planning Work safety and environmental protection related tasks Coordination and participation in strategic projects Establishment and introduction of a new management system Implementation of proportional personnel, cost centers and inventory planning

Successfully completed technical or business studies Experience in employee management and quality and project management Additional qualification for the QM auditor or a comparable qualification Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking and action Safe occurrence at all hierarchical levels as well as negotiation and enforcement strength Embossed communication, motivation and team skills Very good method, moderation and mediation skills Safe for negotiation in German and English (C1/C2), French of advantage
