Common development, planning and implementation of our online and social media marketing strategy with sales and content marketing as an online and perfomance expert (all genders) Performance management and expansion of our social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn, XING, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram) Optimizing content (texts, images, videos, stories and ads) in cooperation with content and sales marketing Control of performance marketing campaigns (SEA, SEO, social ads etc.) Analysis of KPIs, creation of reporting and derivation of optimization measures Monitoring current trends in online and social media marketing Close cooperation with the remaining marketing team and external agencies

You have a degree in marketing, communication, media or a comparable qualification. You bring at least five years (ideally more) experience in online marketing. You have already planned and implemented leading online campaigns as project manager (all genders). SEA, SEO and tools like CMS (Typo3, WordPress or best hubspot), Google Analytics etc. belong to your daily craftsmanship. You have experience in forming instruments for lead generation from web and social appearances. You can look back on several web pages in which you were significantly involved. You control the safe handling of common CMS systems, tools and analysis software (e.g. WordPress, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, etc.). You have a good feeling for trends, storytelling and visual marketing as well as analytical skills and data-driven thinking. You have excellent knowledge of German in word and writing (level C2) and good knowledge of English (level B2). You work in one of our DATAGROUP offices, depending on the location of your home and your desire. An occasional readiness to travel to the sites (at workshops and team meetings) is essential.
