Global control of our external damage service providers (Delegated Claims Authorities) and Vendors in close coordination with international agreements / risk carriers and internal intersections Development of global processes for the entire service provider life cycle, from selection and on-boarding to recording, audits and off-boarding Introduction of a Global File Review Framework, including the planning and follow-up of Findings in close agreement with world-wide damage units Optimization of key figures, processes and tools for effective control and control of external damage service providers and vendors Improving damage reporting by modern analysis tools such as Power BI and digital and AI-based solutions Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders: to implement and harmonise the global damage strategy
