In this role you design a uniform training and qualification offer for the entire electrification portfolio. Their goal is to support our sales organization, partners and customers in successfully marketing, implementing and operating ABB solutions. You provide strategic, efficient and sustainable knowledge transfer from the building automation/KNX area and strengthen technical skills throughout the network. In addition, you continuously develop qualification processes, structures and tools to support the growth and success of our solutions in the long term.

You are mainly responsible for:

Development of training concepts in close cooperation with application engineering, product management, business development, marketing and local marketing/sales teams Conception and creation of high-quality training materials, i.e. presentations, webinars, e‐learnings, documentation, applications, training hardware, virtual classrooms, videos and tutorials Implementation of training and global rollout Development and implementation of a global qualification strategy Working with the definition of functions, applications, standards and installation requirements Evaluation of new products in terms of usability, compatibility and training needs

Studies in electrical engineering or electrical engineering Knowledge of general installation technology KNX knowledge would be beneficial HVAC knowledge desirable Very good knowledge of German and English
