Project Manager (m/w/d) Inhouse Consulting – Multi-Project Management is responsible for the overall planning, organization and control of (project) portfolios and their intersections. You control the multi-project management process at the respective level, ensure compliance with the processes and report on process quality. In addition to maintaining the relationships with stakeholders, experts and realisation representatives, you are responsible for (project) portfolio monitoring and reporting and ensure the necessary governance to implement the (project) portfolio in a targeted manner. By creating and preparing new progress indicators, you coordinate and control the establishment of decision-making templates, prepare them address-oriented and provide the bodies and stakeholders targeted. You adapt industry standards in accordance with the requirements and actively contribute to the development of the multi-project management process.

A successful business or technological study, e.g. in the field of industrial engineering, as well as multiannual experience in the field of project management, form the ideal basis for this position. You can be found in complex projects and portfolios via multi-project projects. You bring a high degree of empathy, combine with excellent communication skills and are characterised by a capacity for implementation and conversion, as well as an innovative and solution-oriented way of working. You will be able to carry out tasks with great self-sufficiency and convince by a structured, methodical and independent approach. The organizational skills, flexibility, creativity and the ability to capture, struc­ture and represent complex material content sys­tematically, complete your profile.
