Civil engineer/project manager in tunnel construction (m/f/d)

You conduct the planning of demanding tunnel construction projects in all phases of performance – from feasibility study to execution planning. You work on tunnel projects in mountainous construction, open design and cover construction and successfully bring them to the destination together with your team. You take the commercial and contractual responsibility for your projects and ensure appointments, costs and quality. You structure, coordinate and guide interdisciplinary project teams of different sizes and support your colleagues in the field of successful project management. You work closely with our teams from structural design and geotechnical engineering as well as other disciplines and ensure smooth cooperation. You regularly agree with builders:insides, authorities and other project participants – both in the project day and on site. You recognize optimization potentials, develop economic and sustainable solutions and actively contribute to project success. You help shape our planning and project management processes and ideally implement modern methods such as LEAN for continuous improvement.

You have successfully completed your studies in civil engineering – ideally with a focus on constructive engineering, tunnel construction or geotechnology. You have over 10 years of professional experience in the planning, control or management of demanding tunnel or infrastructure projects. You bring experience in the economic and contractual handling of complex engineering projects and keep an overview in challenging project situations. You conduct project teams with conviction, structuring complex tasks and encouraging trusting cooperation. You communicate with all project participants and convince with your strong team spirit. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented and take responsibility. Your knowledge of German is reliable or better, additional knowledge of English is advantageous.
