For our customers, a service company based in Duisburg, we are looking for a telephonic specialist fraud department (w/m/d).

Direct contact person of customers and support in fraud cases both by phone and in writing Checking credit cards, current cards and online banking transactions for suspicious activities Identification of fraud and detection of potential risks Monitoring of transactions, activities and systems Lock suspected online transfers and their payment cards Maintenance and updating of the internal analysis systems Telephone customer contact is at the forefront of all tasks

Ideally a completed commercial training or an ongoing economic studies Knowledge in financial services and banking is advantageous Enthusiasm for telephone contact with the customer Excellent communication skills and safe occurrence Interest in fraud and fraud Targeted and structured operation Reliability and liability are of course for you Experiences with MS Office and basic knowledge in English
