Sales service: You evaluate and categorize potential customers based on specific criteria You research and categorize companies You acquire phone key account customers You work closely with the sales team You run training modules for new employees Customer service: You can contact our customers and sales agents by phone and by email with advice and action The incoming inquiries and orders of our customers and external service staff will be handled independently in our ERP system As a link between our customers, the team Germany/Switzerland and the headquarters in France, you are an important part for smooth customer management (order processing, receivable management, etc.)
