leadership, motivation and further development of a team of construction managers and technicians

Operation planning and coordination of internal and external personnel at construction sites

Monitoring team performance and analysis for continuous improvement

Planning, implementation and follow-up of training and training measures

Independent processing and solution of complex project situations

Control and optimization of workflows in the field of assembly

Close cooperation with adjacent departments for process coordination and efficiency enhancement

Experience as a safety specialist with the appropriate additional training

Your profile - you should bring: Complete studies or equivalent training in process engineering, refrigeration engineering or mechanical engineering

Multiannual professional experience in the assembly of systems, ideally with leadership experience

Embossed leadership and convincing communication skills

Self-employed, reliable and team-oriented work

Safe handling of scheduling tools and MS Office

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
