To strengthen our team in Augsburg, we are looking for a/n manager (m|w|d) Transaction & Valuation.

Your duties

• Implementation of company reviews, purchase price allocations and impairment tests
• Business Plan Analysis and Financial Modeling
• Accompanying business transactions, including due diligence
• Development of rehabilitation concepts (according to IDW S 6)
• Business advice and support for clients in business economic issues
• Takeover of project responsibility

Your profile

• successfully completed studies of economics or economic law
• at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of audit/tax consulting, transaction/mediation advice or a comparable environment
• agile, analytical and self-responsibility work and first experience in managing projects
• ideally the first existing Examina (e.g. CVA, CFA, auditor or tax advisor)
• reliable and professional client support for complex issues
