IT Project Manager (f/m/d) E-Commerce

GLS Germany is now looking for sales and customer support at the Eschborn site IT-Project Manager (m/d) Unlimited in full time As part of our team, you are responsible in this role for the success of our GLS integrations (e.g. for parcel delivery) in the partner systems of external software and platform providers. You combine technical understanding with strategic thinking to sustainably expand our partnerships in e-commerce.

It is important for us to meet regularly as a team – so we meet once or twice a month at the Eschborn site (near Frankfurt).

Building and maintaining strategic partnerships: You work closely with our software and platform partners, develop existing cooperations and identify new business potentials in the e-commerce environment.

Full partner support: You will accompany our partners from onboarding and operational cooperation to strategic development. You support technical and organizational questions regarding the integration of our GLS services.

Interface management: You act as a central contact between internal teams (e.g. IT, product, marketing) and external partners, coordinate API adaptations and guide partner feedback specifically to the right places.

Project management: You control integration and IT projects – for example with new partner connections, migrations or the introduction of additional services – and ensure smooth implementation.

Cooperation with Marketing: Together with the marketing team, you develop measures for customer acquisition and support the visibility of our partner solutions in the market.

You have completed studies in the field of digital business management, BWL, sales or comparable training and ideally bring first professional experience in the digital or technical environment.

You combine strategic and analytical thinking with a good sense of business development and enjoy developing partnerships actively.

With your communicative strength, your safe appearance and your positive radiance, you can convince partners and internal stakeholders alike.

You have technical understanding and are interested in topics related to e-commerce, interfaces and API integrations.

An independent, structured and careful way of working is just as good as a high self-initiative and sense of responsibility.

You are ready to travel occasionally (about 3–6 times a year) and communicate safely in English (B2)
