You are responsible for the conversion and adaptation of our formwork for concrete production, using your welding skills. You actively monitor the ongoing manufacturing processes and work closely with the production team to continuously optimize processes. You carry out your own repair and maintenance work on our machines and technical equipment to ensure their smooth operation. Fixing disruptions in the production process is also part of your task to ensure high quality and delivery reliability.
You have a completed training as an industrial mechanic, plant mechanic or in a comparable craftsmanship. You bring well-founded experience in welding and master your craft safely. Ideally, you have already gained first experience in mold construction – but this is not a must. You are convinced by your craftsmanship, careful working and reliability in the team. You speak German fluently (at least C1) to match your colleagues smoothly.
