For our customers, we are looking for a dedicated home technician (m/w/d), who supports the smooth operation of the properties with technical understanding, organisational skills and a solution-oriented operation. It offers a varied range of tasks in a professional working environment.

• Appointment, submission and supervision of external service providers
• Implementation of small repairs in buildings and installations
• Support for smaller moves within the property
• Control, maintenance and maintenance of properties as well as of technical installations
• Ensuring the proper functioning of building technology and infrastructure
• Participation in readiness in a fixed turnus

This will bring you

• completed craft or technical training (e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, building engineering, plant mechanics or comparable)
• First experience in the field of home technology, facility management or building operation desirable
