In a department with ten dedicated colleagues, you have the opportunity to actively participate in the topics of Employer Branding and Personnel Development within a wide range of tasks, as well as to support our recruiters in the selection of suitable trainees, DH students, (students) practitioners and (students) practitioners, work students and employees.

Do you want to actively contribute to the implementation of our Employer Branding and HR Marketing activities and contribute your own ideas to the further development of our internal and external recruiting channels? Active Sourcing & Direct Address: You continuously design, implement and develop Active Sourcing in Recruiting on LinkedIn and conduct Direct Languages and Telephone Interviews Employer-Branding representation: You represent the company in both internal and external events and place it effectively on the topics Employer Branding and Recruiting Employer brand: You actively participate in the development and co-design of the employer brand and ensure its sustainable anchoring both internally and externally Recruiting processes & innovations: You work in projects for the continuous optimization and further development of recruiting processes, in particular through the analysis of market changes and innovative trends (especially in the field of training and pupil internships) Personnel development: You take the preparation and follow-up and support in implementing individual personnel development measures

Study: You complete a study relevant to our area, e.g. business psychology, psychology with a focus on work and organizational psychology, business administration with a focus on personnel or economic education Study phase: Ideally you are in advanced bachelor's degree or are already studying in the Master's degree Organization & Communication: You bring a high level of organisational and coordination and a strong written and oral communication strength with Working: Reliability and a structured, independent way of working MS‐Office knowledge: You have good knowledge of how to use MS Office, in particular MS PowerPoint
