Professional and disciplinary leadership of the service team in the field of agricultural machinery, including the incorporation and training of employees and trainees Planning, coordination and execution of maintenance and repairs on agricultural machinery, large-scale mowers and small equipment taking into account fault diagnosis according to manufacturer specifications Monitoring all assembly work, final acceptance of the services with feedback and ensuring all quality, safety and environmental standards (ISO/QM) Responsibility for the warehouse organization, ordering, stock list comparisons and implementation of inventory to optimize parts availability Creation of cost calculations, work orders and billing as well as complete documentation of service operations Professional customer advice, appointment and training on site as well as active optimization of service processes, routes and key figures (e.g. repair times) Support in offering determination, participation in machine purchase (new/used) and regular participation in team meetings and certifications

(m/w/d), ideally with master or master Multiannual professional experience in the service, diagnostics and fault analysis of agricultural machinery Knowledge of electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics and control systems First leadership experience (or clear willingness to do so) paired with a structured, independent working and cost awareness Communication strength, high customer and service orientation as well as the willingness to further develop and carry out internal training

Driving licence class B required, class BE, C/CE, T advantageous as well as the readiness to use on site, even outside regular working hours
