What you do • You work with a competent team of architects and construction technicians in our construction department. • You work independently to colleagues (e.g. create orders and bills, check invoices). • You organize the processes in the unit (e.g. appointment coordination). • Create monthly and annual budgets for projects for our accounting. • You manage and control guarantees independently. • You follow warranty dates.

What we imagine • successfully completed training with a commercial background or comparable qualification • Professional experience in the Backoffice/ Secretariat or comparable activity in the construction industry • very good knowledge in all popular MS Office programs • Team spirit, sense of responsibility and human values as motivation
