Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Wetzlar As a trainee in the field of manufacturing, you will design innovative manufacturing processes for sustainable heating technology and green living comfort of the future! Are you passionate about automation and robotics in the context of future-oriented manufacturing technologies, do you want to develop new production lines in the international environment and run data-driven improvement projects? Then start as a trainee at the Bosch Home Comfort Group! Together, we create a varied trainee program in which you participate in different teams at our locations in 18-24 months. You will get deep insights and a comprehensive understanding of our business areas, processes and culture and guide responsible projects. You are immersed in the diverse topics concerning production technologies of sustainable heating and cooling systems – from the introduction of smart manufacturing processes to the implementation of new digital solutions to the quality improvement of assembly processes. You can run 4-6 stations in various areas in Germany and abroad, which are individually adapted to you. From the start, you will be intensively involved in specialist and project tasks and get detailed insight into the operational business. Various learning and training offers with individual budget complement your practical experience with us. As a technology with preference for digital solutions and passion for Lean Production in the international environment, you are well off in our track production. You're always looking for new ways to take others and convince them. With your look for different business needs, you will implement suitable solutions. For a successful start as a trainee, you also bring the following: Education: completed master's or diploma studies in engineering, mechanical engineering with a focus on production engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable degree course experience and know-how: knowledge in the field of digitalization projects, production systems, production planning, production technologies in the international environment; first experience in manufacturing, supply chain management and digitalization projects Personality and Work: You bring high commitment and motivation for new topics and challenges, flexibility, communication strength, proactivity, self-employment and analytical thinking Languages: very good English and German skills
