As part of the Hamburg metropolitan region, the district of Segeberg is conveniently located in the middle of Schleswig-Holstein between the North and the Baltic Sea and is a reliable employer for around 1,100 employees. The new specialist service "Public Health Service (ÖGD)" created within the field III is an independent partner for the health of all citizens (public health) in the district of Segeberg. The ÖGD protects, helps, clears up. As an important third pillar in health care in Germany, the ÖGD department is divided into five areas. These are responsible for all health-related issues of infection protection, amtsarztdienst über den Kinder- und Jugendgesundheitsdienst, the social psychiatry and prevention. In the field of "Infection Protection and amtsmediziner Service", the topics of infection protection are dealt with in a holistic manner. This also involves the processing of all tasks of the amtsmedizin service with a focus on the assessment of various issues in civil servants' law or for services under the Social Codes and the vaccination consultancy.

Your tasks:

Compilation of opinions and drafting of opinions, inter alia, on serviceability, employability, travelability, ability to consult, relocation aids and officials Advising citizens on chronic diseases, working/service skills, mental illnesses, vaccination, HIV and STI advice etc. Tuberculosis care, enforcement of mason protection law Infectious hygiene monitoring, treatment of infectious diseases Conduct coordination talks and network work with service contacts (therapists, integration aid, social authorities, courts, contractors and other health offices) Examination and correction of the death certificates of the Segeberg County Creation of information and statistical records acceptance of the examinations to obtain the ‘authorisation to exercise the medical certificate’ (study examinations)

Your profile:

an approbation as a doctor; Specialist in Psychiatry, ÖGD or General Medicine good computer skills (Microsoft Office) expert knowledge of German (competence level at least C1 according to the common European reference framework for languages) the driving licence of class B or 3 and willingness to use your own car for cost refund
