The tasks are divided into various competencies such as procurement, contract management and service as well as the support of the associated IT. Strategically and operationally, the department of Purchasing Management as an internal service provider of the German Pension Insurance Federation (if necessary also for other service providers of the German Pension Insurance Institutions) accompanies, supports and advises the department, acquires delivery, service and construction services (performance of procurement procedures), manages and checks contract documents as well as invoices and takes over their processing. The focus of your activity is on the implementation of procurement procedures for software, hardware and IT services. Become part of a growing team in an open, friendly and collegial environment.

Planning and implementation of procurement procedures under national and EU law Creation of procurement and contract documents in cooperation with departments Accompanying negotiations with tenderers and conducting bidder colloquia Advising the specialist departments in procurement matters Processing of tender questions and preparation of opinions

You have a successfully completed university education (Diplom-FH, Bachelor or similar) or a qualification as a specialist with multi-year detectable current professional experience in purchasing or you have a successfully completed commercial, technical, administrative or office-oriented vocational training with long-term detectable current professional experience in purchasing You have knowledge of the purchasing processes of contracting entities, ideally also experience in the implementation of procurement procedures Expertise in the IT environment is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary Communication skills and negotiation skills, a structured, independent and customer-oriented way of working as well as a safe handling of the German language in word and writing complete your profile
