As a Data Platform Architect & Lead, you actively shape the future of our data landscape. You combine technological expertise with strategic thinking, develop a sustainable data platform together with internal teams and external partners and support their continuous expansion. Create the basis for a modern, powerful and secure data architecture at Brillux. Development of target architecture and roadmap for the central data platform Assessment and selection of suitable architectural approaches (e.g. Lakehouse, Data Warehouse or hybrid architectures) Design and further development of data integration between on-premises systems, cloud applications and existing corporate systems Definition and establishment of standards for data integration, data provision, data governance, security and data quality Control of technical implementation and responsibility for platform backlog, priorities and further development planning Ensuring scalability, availability, stability and efficiency of the Data Platform close coordination with IT architecture, infrastructure, information security, departments and external partners Consulting projects in the context of modern data platforms as well as SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Qlik and other business applications technical and methodological support of the team in developing data engineering, data platform, cloud and AI

multiannual experience in the design and development of modern data platforms and data architectures sound knowledge of Data Warehouse, Data Lake and Lakehouse concepts Practical experience with hybrid on-premises and cloud architectures as well as Microsoft Azure safe handling of databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake or comparable data platforms pronounced understanding of data integration, orchestration, APIs, messaging and streaming Knowledge of Data Governance, Security, Data Quality and DevOps, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code Ability to understand technical objectives and to make architectural decisions Experience in technical leadership or technical control of interdisciplinary teams Enthusiasm for knowledge building and the further development of employees German knowledge of at least level B2 mandatory
