As a coordinator or specialist in occupational safety, you are responsible for all the topics relevant to health and safety in the production and administration of CONDIO. So far, the topics were externally accompanied. In view of the size of our company, we want to get you to us with your expertise as an internal FaSi.

interdisciplinary coordination and further development of the organisation of occupational health and safety in the company Development of proposals for the formulation and implementation of annual objectives of the company in occupational health and safety Reporting Examination, updating and further development of work protection-relevant documentation Tracing and Effectiveness Controls of Work Protection Measures implemented Follow-up of changes in relevant regulations and information Implementation of operations Organisation of occupational health care Organisation of the training and training of operational functional bodies (e.g. safety officers, first aid workers, fire protection workers) Advice to managers on safety and health at work Cooperation with the safety officer, the occupational physician and the health manager

successfully completed training as a specialist for occupational safety in occupational safety and related statutory occupational safety regulations Understanding business relations first professional experience provided Communication skills in German and English in B2 level in word and writing structured, independent and targeted working with a high degree of pragmatism safe handling of the MS Office package Experiences from the food industry and/or production are an additional plus
