Specialist Sales Support & Processes Industry (m/f/d)

Ensuring the correct and timely presentation of the pricing in the internal sales service, including maintenance of customer prices, special conditions and pricing structures, as well as support for sales (automotive / industry and intercompany) in the case of price questions Active cooperation with the internal cutting points, in particular the sales organizations of the automotive/industrial sectors in the matrix organization at the German-wide locations Creation of offers in close coordination with sales Ordering and processing of samples Responsibility for the maintenance, installation and correction of customer master data Development of customer bonus and contract models, contracts including testing, implementation and documentation Project management with internal sections of sales, including project management Evaluation and preparation of data in SAP, Excel and CRM systems

Completed commercial training (with additional training) and reference to the sales or industrial environment Experience in sales services or in a comparable function Funded ERP user knowledge, ideally in SAP S/4HANA, especially in the near-market environment Secure Excel identifiers (evaluations, structured data processing) Experience in handling CRM systems, ideal Salesforce Good knowledge of English (at least B1) in word and writing Travelling on a small scale (e.g. to the Sika-Sandort in Frankfurt / Worms) Structured, analytical and reliable working methods Imprinted communication strength, open and constructive attitude Projektmanager (m/w/d)
