Production control: Responsibility for the operational planning, control and monitoring of series production Management: Management and further development of the production team including operational and capacity planning CNC & Machine Responsibility: Ensuring a smooth production process on CNC-controlled machines and manufacturing plants Quality and Process Management: Monitoring Quality Standards and Continuous Optimization of Production Processes Technical operating organisation: Coordination of maintenance, external service providers:inside and management of technical resources

Technical background: training as a carpenter:in, wood technician:in or comparable technical qualification – ideally with further training as a master:in or technician:in Industry experience: professional experience in industrial production, preferably in window construction, industrial furniture construction or a comparable industry CNC knowledge: experience in handling CNC machine technology and automated manufacturing processes Industrial Mindset: Experience from an industrial production environment, not from a classic small handicraft operation Leadership & Personality: Structured, strong personality with experience in leadership or team coordination
