For our TAS team at the Frankfurt site we are looking for you! As part of a Germany-wide, strong and interdisciplinary TAS team, you will participate in versatile Financial Due Diligence projects in the context of M&A processes. You support team leaders in advising corporate and private equity clients with regard to potential corporate purchases or sales, as well as the analysis and visualization of large data sets. In the quantitative analyses, you focus on the yield situation, the asset situation and debt as well as the liquidity situation (Cash Flows) of the target company. Together in the team, you combine the work results in a due diligence report (usually in English) and perform the clients through the essential Findings.

We look forward to this: A successfully completed degree in the field of business/economics, or a comparable degree course focusing on accounting, corporate finance and controlling. First practical experiences, for example in the form of internships, have strengthened you and your interest in this direction. You bring analytical thinking, team skills and initiative. You are safe to use MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Good knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
