Full time (persons with 41 hours/week, employees with 39 hours/week) grade A10 or Pay group 9c TVöD (monthly earnings for employees from approx. 4.010€ to 5.527€ gross depending on the corresponding professional experience) Application deadline until: 17.05.2026

Processing of critical infrastructure Implementation of preparatory and management tasks within the meaning of § 8 LKatSG Support for unit management in the preparation of circular hazard analyses for disaster protection planning Recording and updating critical infrastructures in the context of risk analysis, as well as the establishment, evaluation and regular updating of special disaster protection plans Responsible cooperation in the staff of the Landratsamt Implementation of administrative rules Strength and breakdown of the Rhine-Neckar Circle

Graduate in the Higher Non-Technical Administration (Diplom or Bachelor) or as a Management Assistant (w/m/d) Suitable for starters Knowledge and experience in the field of non-policy prevention and protection of the population, as well as the responsibilities and obligations of the respective operators of critical infrastructure Deep knowledge of KRITIS regulation, BSI law and BBK recommendations Very good knowledge of MS-Office Embossed problem-solving ability or networked thinking and action High level of communication, moderation and organisational skills Very good self and time management Willingness to integrate into the call readiness system of the Lower Civil Protection Authority Class B driving licence
