You are responsible for the strategic development, support and control of product concepts and product reputations along the entire value chain. You develop product management strategically and structurally and establish efficient processes, tools and standards. In close coordination with internal interfaces such as product development and sales, you support the new development process and the successful placement of new products. You carry out assortment and portfolio analyses, identify optimization potentials and develop a future-oriented, profitable product portfolio. You analyze market, competition and consumer trends, derive sound recommendations for action and actively promote innovation projects in the area of sustainability and packaging. You co-ordinate interdisciplinary projects with sales, production and quality management and support in product launches. You represent our company at trade fairs and industry events and use it for trend monitoring, market analysis and network care.

Education: Completed studies with a focus on marketing, business management, food management or a comparable qualification Know-how: Multiannual well-founded professional experience in product management / marketing in the FMCG environment ideally in the field of brand, project experience, pronounced understanding of market mechanisms, consumer needs and trends, safe handling of ERP systems and MS Office, very good knowledge of German and English Operation: Communication and organizational, team-oriented, independent and customer-oriented mode of operation You bring a feeling for customers, trends and innovations and connect it with real passion for our products
