You will take care of the care of housing owners communities by yourself and contact the housing owners and administrative councils Your task is to communicate with craft companies and service providers to ensure a smooth process Your responsibility lies in the preparation, execution and refurbishment of owner meetings, including the preparation of a logbook and the management of a logbook. For the role as a real estate manager, you bring a completed training in the real estate sector or have relevant practical experience in managing residential property communities You meet the requirements according to § 26a WEG or are motivated to complete the examination as a certified administrator in a timely manner You work structured, reliable and self-responsible and keep an overview on many topics You communicate value-estimating and binding to owners:inside, advisory and external partners
