Planning, control and implementation of larger structural measures for long-term preservation of properties Technical assessment of the state of the building and derivation of refurbishment and investment measures by active implementation of regular inspection and maintenance measures Coordination of external planners, service providers and executive companies Cost, appointment and quality control of the construction projects Ensuring compliance with legal, technical and safety-relevant requirements and technical documentation and regular reporting on the state of the building infrastructure

Studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture or technicians / Master (m/w/d) Experience in the planning or implementation of construction and rehabilitation measures, in project management and in the management of external service providers Knowledge of the planning, implementation and maintenance of technical building systems (including HVAC, fire protection) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Embossed communication strength as well as a structured, self-responsible operation
