Senior Project Manager Construction Management (m/f/d)

Implementation of the performance-compliant and quality-oriented processing of highly complex new building, maintenance and modernization projects, in particular in compliance with the dates, costs and quality standards Active management and coordination of projects with internal and external partners Project manager contact for the respective clinical/scientific areas of university medicine Preparation and monitoring of procurement procedures and tendering processes including technical examination and assessment in compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks and compliance with public procurement and contract law Monitoring the budget, schedule and milestones and ensuring complete project documentation Professional accompaniment and quality assessment of the external planning and engineering offices as well as the exporting companies in all phases of the HOAI Access to construction sites, including construction stands and closed technical premises

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or architecture Comprehensive, at least ten years of professional experience in the field of construction project management, ideally in the hospital environment Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and standards (such as AHO, HOAI, VOB, BauGB, LBauO) Experience in employee management desirable Safe handling of MS Office 365 and knowledge in SAP PM, ORCA (AVA), Nemetschek (CAD) are desirable German language skills in word and writing (at least C1 for non-mother speakers, proof required) Economic thinking and the ability to work into new topics in a targeted way Teamability and communication strength, responsible action and high self-sufficiency
