Own and on-time implementation of the monthly pay bill for a defined employee Care and management of personnel master files and supervision of the time recording system Contact person (m/w/d) for employees and managers in all accounting, tax and social insurance issues Compilation of certificates and notifications for sickness funds, public authorities and social security institutions Cooperation with external bodies such as health insurance social security institutions etc. Support for projects and processes to optimize payroll and HR processes

Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in pay billing Safe handling with MS Office, experience with Business Central of advantage but NO must. High service orientation, team capacity and communication strength Hands-on-Mentiality and readiness to actively shape optimization potentials
