In this responsible role, you take over the management of our new building rental and our new building sales and become the central interface between project developers and your sales team. You control the marketing of our new building projects, guide and develop your team, answer marketing strategies, pricing and reporting, keeping both the numbers and people in mind. You are close to the market, close to your customers and close to your team – and make sure that our objects find the right interested parties at the right time.

In short, you do not expect a purely sales office, but a real leadership position with entrepreneurial design space, responsibility for people and results and the possibility of actively developing our new building market.

Guided tour with panoramic view: You guide your team in rental and sales, give orientation in the daily business and develop your employees professionally and personally Marketing with strategy: You are responsible for marketing our new building projects from conception to completion, develop appropriate marketing strategies and ensure that our objects find the right interested parties Sales with result: You tax leasing and sales processes, answer pricing and marketing levels and keep the overview of numbers and progress in several projects at the same time Interface with overview: As a central link between project development and your sales team, you coordinate processes, prepare decisions and ensure that all participants have the right information at the right time

Technical basis: You have a completed internship training (e.g. real estate businessman/wife) or a corresponding degree Experience in the new building: You bring several years of experience in rental and/or sale, know you in the new building business and know what to do when marketing challenging projects Management competence: You have already led a team or are ready for the next step – you give orientation, motivate and develop your employees Communication strength: You stand up securely and legally – to customers and your team – and convince by clear, value-adding communication Structure & ownership: You work organized, reliable and solution-oriented and take responsibility for your topics
