The Corporate Finance / M&A division of DZ BANK AG is a specialist for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) in the self-contained middle class. The department with locations in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Stuttgart and Hamburg advises entrepreneurs on business sales and purchase, on succession solutions and on all issues relevant to their own capital. Its strong network allows customers to access national and international investors. As part of the Comrade Financial Group Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken – one of the largest all-funding groups in Germany – as well as the international M&A advisory network ADVIOR International, the M&A team of the DZ BANK sector expert, regional closeness and internationality combines and is one of the leading German M&A consultants. Support for the preparation, implementation and coordination of communication measures for the Corporate Finance / M&A department (including specialist articles, website, events, social media, in particular LinkedIn) Creating and Editing Content and Production of Social Media Assets (Photos, Videos, Posts) Supporting the staff of the department in maintaining their own LinkedIn profiles Support of campaigns and sales projects in presence, online or hybrid Development of ideas and impulses for shaping the communication and social media strategy

First semester successfully completed in relevant subject (e.g. online communication, journalism, media sciences, information science, German, media design, etc.) Knowledge and first practical experience in video production and photography Existing expertise in dealing with social media and other means of communication Basic knowledge of text creation and first experiences with content production tools German knowledge of the native language and very good knowledge of English in word and writing
