As Global Key Account Manager (m/w/d) you are part of Optima Pharma. In the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling solutions including isolator and freeze dryers, you will work with the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Future-oriented, sustainable and flexible.

They are the born networker and are responsible for building, maintaining and developing our key customers, are strategic partners and consultants at eye level to promote and expand existing and potential partnerships.To do this, you work closely with the sales managers and adjacent internal interfaces, so that an optimal development plan for a global strategy for the selected key areas can be achieved. This is where you will develop, negotiate and conduct the conclusion of framework and/or supplier contracts. You will have a look at new trends and developments and will be able to identify, capture and prepare customer wishes and their needs in order to make this know-how accessible to all at international level.You will meet preparations for technology and business review meetings, report the results to the business and sales management and conduct regular worldwide customer visits. You will have a successful degree in the field of engineering, business management with a technical training or a comparable qualification.In some cases you will have several years of professional experience in sales, service or project management with close customer contact and industry focus on machine and plant engineering.Alternatively you will know yourself in the sales area of large investment goods and are ready to deepen your professional knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry. We will be happy to support you in your further development.They are interested in new technologies, live the use of digital tools and possess strong communication and network skills, accompanied by your excellent intercultural skills.Your very good German and English skills are the basis for successful communication in the national and international environment. To do this, you will bring up to 30% of the world's readiness to travel.
