We offer our local association partners competent advice and support in all IT areas. Become an administrative designerin and support us in full or parttime at our site in Elmshorn IT-Technikerin on-site service (w/m/d)

They are primarily active with our association members on the ground and are responsible for: Set up hardware (PCs, iPhone and iPads) as well as patching and troubleshooting on site The creation of jobs and the creation of printers Support and administration of systems and applications Maintenance of IT systems on site with our association members Monitoring of IT systems and applications You understand yourself as an interface between the members of the association and the different departments

They have completed vocational training in the IT field or experience in the care, maintenance and support of IT systems They are strong in communication, highly customer-oriented and remain friendly and accommodating even in difficult situations In addition to good knowledge of all Windows client systems, you also have basic knowledge in the area AD and network You are extremely team-oriented and are characterized by your organizational talent You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing at least at C1 level You have a class B driving licence
