As Finance Business Partner (m/w/d) with focus on cost and HR controlling, you are the financial savings partner for our HR and specialist areas. You translate figures into clear action recommendations, keep cost structures in mind and create transparency about personnel costs, RTD development and investments in our teams. Together with the FP&A area, you contribute to the fact that management decisions are made data-based, fast and sound.
