Occupational Safety Specialist (m/w/d)

Our technical plastics and composites are superior to metals and other materials in terms of their performance profile and are used in a variety of applications, mainly in the investment goods industry. As an expert on occupational safety and fire protection, you advise, support, coordinate and inform all relevant topics. Your work contributes significantly to risk mitigation and accident prevention at work. Your main tasks include independent, expert advice in the field of occupational safety and the function as a contact person for external bodies such as professional associations or the fire department.

You advise on the necessary resources for implementing work protection measures You support management in all matters of occupational, health and fire protection You carry out risk assessments and work closely with the executives You analyze working conditions and places and develop optimization suggestions You organize and guide training as well as train-the-trainer events You carry out audits and security checks in companies

You have a technical degree (e.g. production technology, environmental engineering, mechanical engineering) or a technical training as a technician/master with at least two years of experience in manufacturing A completed training as a specialist in occupational safety Ideally, you are fire protection officer according to vfdb policy – if not, you can complete the training with us You know well with EHS and fire protection regulations and MS Office You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Your communication strength and persuasiveness complete your profile
