When it comes to your training, the ADAC offers you various options: In one of our many areas, you can complete your vocational training or implement your theoretical knowledge as a dual student. And the best thing: you always help other people. The theoretical phases take place at the DHBW Karlsruhe, the practical phases in the ADAC headquarters in Munich. You bring your knowledge into everyday business and you are responsible for your own (project) tasks. You will learn about ADAC's controlling, financial and IT areas. You support the automation of processes in Financial Management & IT Controlling. You work with current tools such as Microsoft Copilot, SAP S/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud. You build dashboards, analyze data/metrics and start commenting. You agree with interfaces such as controlling, finance, purchasing and personnel. You will learn to advise our IT departments on topics such as planning, monthly financial statements, forecasting and reporting (focus on consulting). You participate in various seminars, including social and methodological competence.

You have an Abitur or a professional university qualification with very good performance in mathematics and business. You like to deal with numbers, data, facts and technology. Working with many people is fun, you are open and empathic to others. Learning new is fun. Munich/Karlsruhe mobility is a prerequisite.
