Your tasks as a forwarding businessman:

• Shipment processing of parcels and piece goods as well as complete charges
• settlement of complaints
• Auditing
• Processing of claims
• Plan and organize goods shipment
• compliance with customs regulations
• Processing of customer complaints and claims
• Reasons for damage regulations
• Monitoring payment processes / reminding

Your knowledge and skills:

• Completed training in the commercial sector, ideally as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d)
• Multiannual professional experience in the commercial sector desirable but not necessarily necessary
• Good Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge of advantage
• They are communicative and service oriented
• Organizational ability, flexibility and resilience are your strengths
