We are looking for you for the property office of the state capital of Stuttgart. The body shall be occupied in part-time (50 %) and indefinitely.

They actively contribute to the development of a modern and advanced management at the property office with the departments of administration, land transport, real estate management and winery, and have the task of contributing to and advising compliance with the data protection regulations at the property office.

A job that enthuses you

• You check and process the tasks in the field of data protection (e.g. processing directories, data follow-up assessments, datapanning, deletion concepts, declarations of consent)
• Data protection advice and participation in the development or tendering process and in the application of IT procedures, including order processing according to Art. 28 GDPR
• You are involved in creating and implementing a data protection management system and are the link to the official data protection officer of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart
• Processing of enquiries on data-protection issues in the Office, consultation, training and instruction of employees
• Processing of requests for information from interested parties and opinions to the national data protection and freedom of information and other bodies
• Participation in data protection measures, projects and studies

A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

Your profile that suits us

• a completed study (Bachelor/Diplom) in the field of Public Management, Digital Management, Computer Science, Data Protection and IT Security or a comparable university degree; or
• successfully passed examination as an administrative specialist (e.g.
• proven legal knowledge in the field of data protection
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
• deeper knowledge of area-specific legal bases and standards in the field of municipal administration
• high degree of self-initiative, independent working, safe occurrence, a applied oral and written way of expression in German and conscientious work
