Description

• As a Business Owner (w/m/div.), you are responsible for the profit and loss account in the field of electric drives of 5 – 40kW (24V-96V) and run an internationally composed interdisciplinary project team.
• Your tasks include creating market analyses, developing business plans and tracking KPIs.
• You are also responsible for coordinating the requirements with customers and suppliers.
• You are responsible for the strategic orientation of the business segment including the portfolio definition for the target market and the global market launch in close cooperation with central departments, factories and national companies.
• Through partnerships, portfolio adaptations and innovation management, you will ensure medium and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Training: successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field
• Experiences and know-how: several years of professional experience in an LV industry (e.g. electric forklifts), sound knowledge of product management and over 5 years of experience in the field of electric drives, ideally for mobile work machines
• Personality and working methods: proactive personality, entrepreneurial, independent and structured working methods, very good communication skills
• Enthusiasm: joy in cross-site cooperation and the development of strategies
• Languages: very good English and German
